This is a great article telling about a new website called Jumo, created by one of the founders of Facebook and Barack Obama's chief digital organizer for his campaign. The site focuses on helping Charity organizations fund raise and bring awareness to their group and their mission. It looks like a cool concept, check it out!

Jumo sounds like it will be an amazing website. Having that many charities all in one place might make it easier for people to donate to causes they believe in. Especially to organizations they many never have heard of until Jumo. I think it is great that Chris Hughes is giving back to the community in such a large--and creative--way.

Thanks for sharing the site. It seems like Volunteer Match will have a sort of sister site to share the news of people in need.
